It is our pleasure to welcome you to the first issue of Biophysics Reviews (BPR), a new journal from AIP Publishing covering the diverse field of biophysics. The journal expands on the tradition of excellence set by Applied Physics Reviews (APR) by publishing high impact, cutting edge research and reviews that are valuable for both emerging and experienced researchers.
The DBG would like to extend our congratulations to Seungkuk Ahn for their appointment as an Associate Professor at University College Dublin, Charles Institute of Dermatology. Seungkuk is a DBG nanofiber alum and will be continuing their academic career in ECM fiber engineering and skin pysiopathology.
We would like to welcome our newest Visiting Scholar, Julia Deinsberger. We look forward to working along side Julia during her next 12 months at the DBG.
