We would like to welcome our newest grad students Kacper Migacz, Michio Kawai, and Yoonseo Lee. We look forward to working along side these PhD students during their time at the DBG.

The DBG welcomes Yongjun Jang as our newest post-doc. Dr. Jang joins us from Korea University where he completed his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering.

Chris Warren, Catherine Pfaltzgraff, and Allie Gipson will be joining the DBG through Harvard's summer REU program. Chris and Catherine will be working on nanofiber production, while Allie will be working on producing 3D printed scaffolding.

USMA cadets Edward Tang, Paul Trackey, Malina Hatton, and Lee Grant will be joining the DBG this summer to work on nanofiber production.

Cadet Veronica Lucian of West Point and former DBG member has been awarded a Rhodes scholarship.

Marcos Rodriguez Millan of Universidad Carlos III de Madrid will be joining the DBG to work on nanofiber Kevlar production.

Emma Rogers of Obatala Sciences will be joining the DBG. She will be studying the organ-on-chip technology licensed from the group by Obatala.

Ph.D candidates Iris Ruider and Caro Heiler of the Technical University of Munich will be joining the DBG to work on tissue engineering using 3D scaffolding.

Andreas Bausch has joined the DBG while being on sabbatical from Technical University of Munich.

The DBG has licensed an organ-on-chip technology to New Orleans biotech Obatala Sciences. Obatala will use the technology to build disease platforms for curing obesity, diabetes, and cancer. The collaboration has been covered by businesswire in Harvard...
